The first track of Horna's 3rd full length album, Sudentaival, originally released in 2001. To get the best possible result for the sound of a planned vinyl-reissue, the original master tapes were obtained from Asta Studio, to completely re-mix & master the album.
Horna's mastermind Shatraug adds:
"Back in the late 90's and year 2000 when I wrote "Sudentaival" I knew the material was strong, as it still is, yet the album itself became a sum of bad production choices and a foreword for change. While it was the best work up to date, none of the members who were with me back then participated on any future full-length albums. Many of it's songs are still in our live repertoire and to me they sound as fresh as in the time they were written. However, how the album was mixed and mastered always bothered me until I took the time to obtain all the original files and had it remixed entirely - this is the vision represented here: full, rich and without unnecessary digital additions."
2001 debut of Hellenic Hateful black metal is now re-issued on high quality pro cassette with slipcase, featuring the Infamous Death Squad Rex cover and also incuding the extra tracks which appeared on that version....
WEREWOLF RECORDS, in conspiracy with HELLS HEADBANGERS, is proud to present SUMMON's classic debut album, Dark Descent of Fallen Souls, on vinyl LP for the first time ever. Hailing from the rustbelt wasteland of Michigan, SUMMON are one of the very first black metal bands to hail from American soil. Originally formed in 1991 and with ties to the equally cult Masochist, SUMMON were very much the proverbial black sheep in a landscape dominated by death metal. Nevertheless, feeding off the fiery acts overseas in Scandinavia as well as the despair and disgust in their homeland, the band made their official debut with the Fire Turns Everything Black demo in 1995, which would soon form the foundation for their blasphemous 'n' belligerent Dark Descent of Fallen Souls in '97. Grim and primitive but suffused with a sulfurous spirit, SUMMON's debut album saw the power-trio bash and thrash one mini-anthem after another, strafing against the dominant death metal of the day whilst not sacrificing any of its inherent power. Additionally, subtle and well-placed usage of synths added the requisitely moonlit atmosphere of the time. Altogether, Dark Descent of Fallen Souls is very much a record of its time, and yet, 20 years later, it's lost none of its hateful magick and, in fact, sounds remarkably fresh. Hail one of the unsung pioneers of American black metal, at long last on vinyl!

Double vinyl edition of Ophthalamia’s dark masterpiece from 1995, Via Dolorosa.
Sweden’s Ophthalamia was formed in 1989 by IT (known for his work in Abruptum). Ophthalamia was a fantasy-world created by IT and the songs were connected to stories based around this fantasy-world. Though the band could be classified as Black Metal, there is much more to Ophthalamia, with diverse Metal influences and Progressive passages, along with some strong atmospherics.
Via Dolorosa also includes a cover of the Mayhem classic, Deathcrush and the line-up featured IT (Tony Särkkä) with Legion (ex-Marduk), on vocals. Also appearing on the album was Emil ‘Nightmare Industries’ Nodtveidt and Winter (drummer for Swedish Death Metallers Edge of Sanity).
This vinyl edition of Via Dolorosa contains new liner notes from producer Dan Swano and Slayer Magazine’s Metalion, including their memories of Tony “IT” Särkkä, who died in February 2017.
Soit leur site bug, soit toutes leur prod sont sold out et asses rapidement d'ailleurs (ce que j'ai cru comprendre, mais comme je suis une bille en anglais) sur le forum de NWN. http://www.nwnprod.com/forum/viewtopic. ... c&start=15Blaise a écrit : ↑04 oct. 2017 13:50Réédition LP de cette très bonne sortie hexagonale, sous-estimée pour le coup, chez le label danois Skjold :
OES GALLIATH – Ad Galliam Et Mortem
Si quelqu'un le trouve en vente d'ailleurs....
Il est sorti le 27 septembre d'après Discogs, mais déjà plus en vente, j'ai du mal à le croire.

WEREWOLF RECORDS is proud to present GOATMOON's classic debut album, Death Before Dishonour, back on CD and LP formats again. Originally released at the very end of 2004, back in darker times, Death Before Dishonour was the grand culmination of an intense demo period for monomaniacal mainman BlackGoat Gravedesecrator. During this period, GOATMOON exuded a ripped-raw and punk-oriented brand of Finnish black metal. Even at this stage, however, moments of iron-willed triumph 'n' tragedy - which would later blossom on subsequent albums, in a plausibly refined manner - crop up and create a unique disconnect that, somehow, is entirely Finnish. Above all, Death Before Dishonour is a distillation of times now long lost, when Finnish black metal was truly beginning to assert its dominance of the underground. Hear where the infamy began, or move on a coward.
WEREWOLF RECORDS is a Luciferian metal temple founded in 1998. The wolfish cry from the Carelian battlegrounds, WEREWOLF RECORDS releases black metal and other dark arts motivated exclusively by theistic Satanist views of the founder Werwolf. In this age when black metal's worth is questionable, idealism and rigor are the exception when they should be the highest law. We uphold the law of the Wolf - the destruction of the weak and the false so that the original vitality of the dark magic art can continue to grow and create the foundations for an empire. Black metal is Will and Power. We deal with material that inspires us on our journey towards our own kingdom - a kingdom that is not yours, but bears a resemblance to the one there could be for you. Now in conspiracy with HELLS HEADBANGERS, the temple of WEREWOLF RECORDS shall wage its war farther and wider than ever, with no spiritual surrender.
Coming in Jan-Feb 2018
Lurker of Chalice "Lurker of Chalice" Double LP
The long sold out DLP will be repressed through NWN. People on the outside may see this as an oddball release so let me provide some background.
After moving to the bay area in 1997 to attend a university, I spent any free time I had at Amoeba SF. Amoeba in the late 90's and early 2000's was amazing! This was pre-Discogs era when you could find rare records for reasonable prices. Over the course of several years I found stuff like Burzum LPs, Sabbat 7"s, Beherit 7", Morbid LP, Bathory yellow goat LP, Blasphemy LP and many others. Unfortunately it's nearly impossible to find rare stuff there anymore thanks to Discogs and Ebay.
I would often run into Jef at Amoeba (probably chatting with Steve Crebain) because he was living near Height/Ashbury at the time. One thing lead to another and I hired him to do several cover artwork on NWN (Sabbat triple 6" and Cult of Daath DLP) and eventually collaborated on the Von Goat LP. The gunmen tattoo on my left arm was done by Jef as well when he was at Black Rose. Jef was faced with great tragedy around 2004. This was around the same time that Lurker of Chalice was recorded. It's not fake misanthropy that you hear on the recording. While Leviathan has never clicked with me, LoC remains as one of a handful of post-2000 black metal albums that I hold in high regard.
Tu confonds certainement avec Transcendantal Creations, le label canadien qui devait assurer la distribution de KPN sur le continent nord-américain (via une licence), mais qui, suite à des défauts de paiement, s'est vu considéré comme rip-off et bootleger.
